We owned this 2-bedroom rental property for 9 years and was professionally managed through a property management company. -

We owned this 2-bedroom condo for 9 years and transitioned from professional management to self-management as we expanded our experience as landlords. We also renovated this property to increase value. -
Heritage Landing Condominiums – Edmonton
Two newly built apartment condominiums were purchased in 2012 within the Heritage Landing community. We owned 1 of these properties for 10 years, while the second remains part of our active portfolio and is currently self-managed. -
Sherwood Park Half Duplex

Located near UBCO, this investment property was owned for 7 years. A local property management company oversaw day-to-day operations throughout ownership. -

In 2018, we purchased two professionally designed show homes built by Encore Homes. Initially leased back to the builder for two years, both properties were later transitioned into furnished short-term rentals managed by a professional STR management company.-
